10.
Return to home position from an error situation
When emergency stop or error is occurred in system, Return to home position of stacker crane is the
following 2 cases according to the status of the Z-axis.
10.1 In case Z- axis is located in home position

Click on [error] tab in the lower right of main window in the [Error] tab, the short information
for the error will be displayed

Go to unit that error is occurred and check status of error.

Reset all errors as described in [alarm] tab or in Chapter 6.

Reset alarms: Turn off the emergency stop and then, reset the alarms by pushing the Reset
button located on the front side of the control panel.

Click on System Ready button in the main window.

When the system ready button picture is the green status (
), servo motor will be
[on].

Click on the Manual mode in the Stacker crane menu toolbar on main window
Click on the Step mode from pop-up menu in the Manual Mode
-
Step mode window will open.
-
Select the buffer station to unload the pallet putted on the stacker crane.
-
If setup station is emptied, select the setup station to unload the pallet putted on the stacker
crane.

Clicks on the [unload] check box,
-
The To Step commands will be listed on the step list table.
-
Perform all step by clicking on FWD button
-
Check that pallet is putted well on the destination station.
-
Close the step mode window
-
Click on the auto mode
-
Close the “step mode” window
-
Click “Cycle Start” button in the main window.

Automatic operation will be started
10.2 In case
Z-axis isn’t located in home position
-
In the Click on [error] tab in the lower right of main window
-
In the [Error] tab, the short information for the error will be displayed
-
Go to unit that error is occurred and check status of error.
