2.1 Components
Machine control:
The machine is controlled using an electronic microprocessor able to control the activation and
deactivation of each system. Communication with the user is carried out using a keypad, with a
graphic display on the central part of the machine.
In the OPL version, the microprocessor comes with 9 programmes that the user can edit.
In the self-service versions, the microprocessor has 3 programmes with low, medium and high
temperatures, for which the values can be edited.
A digital temperature probe, located in the bottom of the drum is used to keep the temperature
constant inside the dryer. The required temperature is regulated using the aforementioned
electronic control and allows us to change values from 0 to 95 ºC to work with the optimum
temperature for each type of fabric.
The probe sends a signal to the electronic plate and the latter activates or deactivates the heating
part.
Time control is internally carried out in the microprocessor.
The anti-crease cycle (can be switched off) is automatically activated at the end of each cycle
( Cool-Down).
In the OPL version, the microprocessor has a built-in timer which indicates when the filter needs
cleaning.
