Salmon tagliatelle
350 g tagliatelle, 2 fresh salmon steaks, 350 ml water, 6 sprigs of fresh
dill, 6 sprigs of fresh chives, 75 g low-fat grated Parmesan cheese.
Method
Remove the skin and bones from the salmon steaks. Chop into
cubes.
Wash the dill and chives, then blot them and finely chop them.
Place the tagliatelle in the cooking pot with the water, then add the
dill, chives and salmon cubes. Select the MANUAL cooking setting for
8 minutes.
When the cooking cycle has finished, place the salmon tagliatelle in
a bowl and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix, then season with
salt and pepper to taste.
