1.3 IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THE MACHINE
The plate applied on the double arm mixer facilitates its identification.
The plate gives technical information, indicates the serial number and the other data necessary for the
identification of the machine in case of need for assistance and/or advices.
The data on the plate are the following:
•
Identification of the manufacturer;
•
Model of the machine;
•
Serial number;
•
Date of manufacture;
•
Voltage in Volts;
•
Frequency;
•
Number of phases;
•
Power.
1.4 WARRANTY
The machine is covered by a warranty of 12 (twelve) months from the delivery date for the parts which
present manufacturing faults except for the motors and the electric system.
The warranty moreover does not cover all the parts damaged during the transport or due to bad or wrong
starting-up or maintenance, to negligence or bad use of the machine.
The warranty will be granted only to the original purchaser and never implies the replacement of the
machine.
In case of evident tampering, changes or repairs made by personnel without the manufacturer’s
authorization the warranty will be nullified.
The manufacturer will not answer for possible direct or indirect damages caused to persons, animals or
objects by faults of the machine or connected with the forced interruption of the use of the machine.
The faulty parts will be repaired or replaced in the customers’ shop and the customers will pay for the
travel expenses as well as for the board and lodging of the personnel charged for the repair and the
replacement of the parts.
The customer will also pay for the necessary working hours and the travel of the personnel; the cost for
the work will be calculated according to the Anima tables.
In case, according to the technician’s final opinion, the repair of the machine cannot be carried out in
the customer’s shop, the customer shall send the machine with carriage free to the manufacturer, who
after repairing the same free of charge will send it back to the customer with carriage forward.
Once the warranty period specified above will expire, all the repairs will be carried out charging the
customer with all costs for the working, travel, board and lodging, and the cost for the parts to be
replaced and the transport of the same.
