MOTOR AZ 84
Correct position of stator support
Correct position of connector insulation
Step 22: Removing centering tube and installing bonding screws
You will need INBUS (hexagonal) tool 5 mm for M6 screw head (e) or TORX T30 screwdriver
or tool (b) and torque wrench (m) for this step.
RISK OF DAMAGE IF WASHERS FALL INSIDE.
Every bonding screw of motors AZ 108, AZ 150 and AZ 220 has a
washer under the head of the screw. Pay attention to these washers
and make sure that they do not fall inside of the motor. If the
washers fall inside remove the washers from the motor by applying
steps for motor disassembly which are needed to get the washers
out. If you forget to take them out then it is possible that motor will
damage when you power it on.
