Step 1: Removing the fan frame with motor 

 
Remove the  fan  frame with  motor from AHU.   Motor  controller  must be disconnected  from 
mains. 
 

 

 
Step 2: Removing the wheel 

 
Remove  the  inlets,  fan  wheel  screw  and  wheel  from  motor  shaft  (Inter  dismantle  front
