Preparing Bluetooth Communication
Perform data communication by connecting a Bluetooth communication compatible PC to the
FOMA terminal wirelessly.
Register and connect the PC to the FOMA terminal
To connect a PC to the FOMA terminal for the first time, register the PC to the FOMA terminal.

The FOMA terminal changes to the Bluetooth standby mode, and " (blue)" appears on the display.
If no communication is established for about 5 minutes, the Bluetooth standby mode is released
automatically.

Search and register the Bluetooth device from the PC
Register the device from the PC while the FOMA terminal is in Bluetooth standby mode.
Refer to the instruction manual of your PC for details on operating it. (Depending on the instruction
manual, "
探索 " (Search) or " サーチ " (Search) is used instead of " 検索 " (Search), and " ペアリング "
(Pairing) is used " 機器登録 " (Register devices).)

Select "YES" when the message informing the device registration appears

Enter Bluetooth passkey
The PC is registered, and the PC is connected to the FOMA terminal wirelessly. When the connection is
established, "
(blue)" flashes on the display.

To connect to the registered PC
Select "Accept dialup devices" on the FOMA terminal, and then perform connection operations
on the PC.
You can also connect the FOMA terminal to the registered PC by selecting "Tool"

"Accept registered" and confirming "Dial-up" is in standby mode, then performing
connection operation on the PC.
Check the modem setting
Before setting communication, confirm the modem name and the COM port number for the
dial-up connection.
