5 – 3 Automatic start
。
1. Click SLIDE PREPARATION (ONLINE) of the Main Unit
touch panel.
2. The preoperational check screen will be displayed.
Check if the blade, tape, remaining mount of slides,
dripping or application water and the humidifiy water
that are prepared sufficiently for the process. Click OK.
3. Select the tray number with the blocks to be sectioned.
(A System with the 24-sample feeder does not have this
step.)
4. Change the Slide preparation settings or ON/OFF
settings for each operation conditions as needed.
Check other settings such as roughing and polishing,
then touch START .
Preoperational blade change: Changes the blade
pre-operationally when
ON.
Print: Prints onto the slides when ON.
Auto trimming: Auto trimming with ON.
RATIO (%)
: Set the trimming ratio (%).
Blade mark detection : Detects blade marks when ON.
ABORTED : System changes the blade if the blade marks
are detedted consecutively.
