restriction system is designed to reduce load on the mains when the tool is switched on. This
system restricts high starting current which appears when motor is engaged and sometimes
is even capable to overload electric mains. This option also prevents the machine from
unpleasant jerk at the moment it is switched-on.
6. SAFETY MEASURES
Before you try to operate the electric tool, please read carefully all recommendations
outlined in this manual.
For the purpose of safe use:
•
Keep your workplace clean and tidy. Any obstruction at workplace or on worktable may
cause injury.
•
Pay attention to workplace environment. Provide for good lighting. Do not operate the
electric tool near flammable liquids or gases.
•
Beware of electric shock hazard. Do not operate the machine in the rain or in the snow.
Do not use the electric tool in premises with high humidity. Protect the tool from rain
and moisture. Water ingress into body may cause electric shock.
•
During the electric tool operation, do not allow children stay by side. Do not allow
outsiders touch the electric tool or extension cord.
•
Unauthorized persons shall not stand about the area of the tool operation.
•
Upon works completion, store the machine in a specially designated place.
•
The work is performed better and safer if the electric tool is operated according to
stipulated norms, loads, force and speed.
•
Select proper electric tool for each specific work. Never try to perform any operations
intended for powerful professional electric tool with household electric tool of low
power. Do not use electric tools for purposes they are not intended for.
•
Pay attention to work clothes selection. Do not wear any loose working clothes or finery
because they can be captured by moving parts of electric machine. Hide long hair
under head wear.
•
For works outdoor, recommended is to wear rubber gloves and boots with
non-slippery sole.
•
Use safety goggles.
•
Avoid damages to the power cord. Never carry the electric tool holding it by a power
cord. Do not pull the cord to take the plug from receptacle. Protect the mains cable
against high temperatures, chemically active liquids and sharp-edged objects.
•
Be careful. Ensure to have proper foothold and do not lose balance.
•
Ensure proper technical maintenance and repair of electric tool in a careful and
responsible manner. To achieve best performance and provide safety during works,
gently handle the tool and keep it clean. Follow instructions in relevant manuals when
replacing the accessories. Periodically inspect the mains cable and replace it in the
service centre in case of any damage.
•
Regularly inspect extension cords you use, and in case they are damaged replace them. The
tool handles shall be dry and clean; avoid their contamination with lubricating materials.
•
Unplug the tool, if it is not in use, before maintenance, and also prior to replace accessories.
•
Be careful. Do not work with the power tools if you are tired, took medications that
contain drugs or can cause drowsiness, as well as alcohol and any other substances and
