3.2 MOUNTING PROTOCOL FOR LARGER ARTERIES

For mounting of larger arteries with an internal 
diameter larger than 500µm and up to 11mm 
replace the mounting Jaws with Pins (see chapter    
2.1). With the 630MA system a box with 4 sets of 

200µm pins is delivered. For really large arteries 
pins with 250µm, 300µm or 400µm pins can be 
purchased from DMT.

3.2.1 MOUNTING STEP ONE

•  First  make  sure  that  the  mounting  pins  is  placed  correctly  across  each  other  in  the  chambers  as 

shown below.
