STEP 5: BEAM
1. Rotate the Jack Stand attached to the side of the Tongue & Stand Assembly downwards
into position by releasing the pin and then securing the release pin.
2. Remove the 1/8” R-Clip (47) and 5/8” x 6-1/4” Hitch Pin (46) from the assembled unit (as
shown below).
3. Slowly back the assembled unit up to the Integrated Beam (01) . Align the Tongue Bracket of
the assembled unit to the Beam Pivot Plate (58) of the Integrated Beam (01) .
4. Once the brackets are aligned, install the 5/8” x 6-1/4” Hitch Pin (46) through the brackets
then install the 1/8” R-Clip (47) into the 5/8” x 6-1/4” Hitch Pin (46) .
