Resetting factory settings
2. Remove the batteries.
3. Insert two new batteries of the type LR6/Mignon/AA according to the marking
(see fig 9 page 5).
4. Attach the battery compartment cover and close it.
5. Wait until the symbol “VALVE adapt” is indicated in the display.
6. Perform an adaption run (see „Performing an adaptation run“ page 37).

The display changes to the normal indication.

The device is now ready to operate.
After inserting the batteries, the motor retracts. During this process, the
display shows “VALVE install” and the activity symbol .
9 Cleaning
Clean the device with a soft, clean, dry, and lint-free cloth. The cloth may be moiste-
ned with lukewarm water for the removal of heavier contamination. Use a solvent-
free cleaning agent for cleaning.
10 Resetting factory settings
All settings will be lost when the factory settings are restored.
