DEVOS -- Enterprise Video System

Page 96

DEVOS

Video On/Off -- displays your live video. This is used for confidence monitor so you
can be sure your live stream is running.  Because there may be audio feedback and
video delay, you should not have video displayed when giving a presentation.

Slide On/Off -- displays your slide, or if video is enabled displays video + slide.

Slide Strip On/Off -- displays the slide filmstrip to allow random access to your
slides.

Swap -- swaps position of video and slides (toggle).

Recording -- to record your live presentation, select Record and wait for the status to
change to "Stop Recording". To end recording, select "Stop Recording".

Note: after recording, your recorded presentation appears in the Presentations
manager page. Select Edit and you can add it to a channel, edit, adjust times, etc.
