Invitations

You can electronically invite people to watch your live presentation. Select "Manage
Invitations" from the Presentation page.

Note that emails will only be sent if your DEVOS system has SMTP account set up (via
Super System Settings).

Once your invitation has been sent, you can monitor responses for each invitation
from the Manage Invitation page:

Title -- enter the title of the message that
viewers will receive

Message -- enter a message such as "View my
presentation from Discover Video"

Logo -- select an image to be shown in the
invitation

Live Presentation -- select the live presentation
that you will use

Start Date/Time -- select the date/time when
you will start your presentation.

Reminder -- enter the number of minutes
prior the to start date/time to send a
email reminder to your audience

Invited Emails -- enter email addresses
of people you wish to invite (press + after each).
You may also upload a text file with one
email address per line.

Send Invitation -- sends email to each
person on your invitation list.
