OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
A. BELT INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL
(Belt should be properly installed when you unpack your
cleaner. If it is not, follow these
instructions.) NOTE: THE UNIT MUST NOT BE PLUGGED IN WHEN INSTALLING OR REMOVING THE BELT.
1. Lift the black plug on the face of the cleaner (Diagram 1)
NOTE: BLACK PLUG MUST BE ON WHEN ATTACHMENTS ARE NOT IN USE.
2. Use belt lifter and hold as shown. (Diagram 2)
NOTE: A BELT LIFTER IS INCLUDED IN MODELS WITH ATTACHMENTS.
3. Center and raise the Hand Vac with your left hand as shown. Using your right hand, dip the belt lifter in and hook the belt around the
lip of the belt lifter. Slip the belt onto the motor shaft until the belt lifter base meets the shaft. (Diagram 3)
4. To insure proper belt placement, gently turn belt lifter counterclockwise and remove. Make sure belt is pushed back on sha
ft. (Diagram 4).

(left side of belt should be closest to you). (Diagram 5)
NOTE: THE BELT WILL COME OFF IF NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED.
6. To remove the belt, hold belt lifter as shown in diagram 2. Hook the belt on the left side of the motor shaft, turn clockwis
e and pull the
belt towards you to release. (Diagram 6)

INSTRUCCIONES DE OPERACION
A. INSTALAR Y QUITAR LA CINTA
(La cinta debería estar correctamente instalada al recibir usted la aspiradora. Si la cinta no está instalada,
siga estas instrucciones.) NOTA: ESTA
UNIDAD NO DEBE ESTAR ENCHUFADA A LA HORA DE INSTALAR O QUITAR LA CINTA.
1. Levante el tapón negro de la abertura del accesorio. (Diagrama 1) NOTA: EL T
APON NEGRO DEBE ESTAR COLOCADO CUANDO NO SE
ESTAN UTILIZANDO LOS ACCESORIOS.
2. Utilice el levantacintas tal y como se ve en la foto. (Diagrama 2) NOTA: EL LEVANTACINTAS SE I
NCLUYE CON LOS MODELOS CON
ACCESORIOS.
3. Centre y levante la Hand Vac con la m ano izquierda tal y como se ve en la foto. Con la mano derecha, introduzca el levantaci
ntas y enganche
la cinta con la punta del levantacintas. Coloque la cinta sobre el eje del motor hasta que la base del levantacintas toque el
eje. (Diagrama 3)
4. Para asegurar la colocación correcta de la cinta, gire el levantacintas en sentido opuesto a las agujas del reloj, sacándolo
a continuación.
Asegúrese de que la cinta esté bien colocado sobre el eje. (Diagrama 4)

NOTA: LA CINTA SE SALTARA SI NO ESTA BIEN INSTAL ADA.
6. Para quitar la cinta, coja el levantacintas según el diagrama 2. Enganche la cinta al lado izquierdo del eje del motor, gire
en sentido de las
agujas del reloj y tire la cinta hacia usted para quitarla. (Diagrama 6)
MODE D’EMPLOI
A. MONTAGE ET DÉMONTAGE DE LA COURROIE (La courroie devrait être installée correctement lors du déballage de l’aspirateur. Si
ce n’est pas la cas, veuillex suivre les instructions suivantes.)
REMARQUE: IL NE FAUT PAS QUE L’A SPIRATEUR SOIT BRANCHÉ LORS
DU MONTAGE OU DU DÉMONTAGE DE LA COURROIE.
1. Soulever le bouchon noir à Soulever le bouchon noir à l’avant de l’aspirateur (Schéma 1)
REMARQUE: IL FAUT QUE LE BOUCHON NOIR SOIT EN PLACE LORSQU’ON N’UTILISE PAS D’ACCESSOIRE.
2. Utiliser le levier et le tenir comme le montre le schéma. (Schéma 2)
REMARQUE: UN LEVIER DE COURROIE EST FOURNI AVEC TOUS LES MODÈLES À ACCESSOIRE.
3. Centrer et soulever l’aspirateur de la main gauche comme le montre le schéma. De la main droite, enfoncer le levier de courr
oie et accrocher
la courroie autour du bec du levier. Glisser la
courroie sur l’arbre du moteur jusqu’à ce que la base du levier vienne en cont
act avec l’arbre.

4. Pour garantir un montage correct de la courroie, tourner doucement le levier en sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre et l’
enlever. Vérifier que la
courroie est bien installée sur l’arbre (Schéma 4).

(C’est le côté gauche de la courroie qui doit se trouver le plus près de vous.) (Schéma 5).
REMARQUE: LA COURROIE SORT DE SON LOGEMENT SI ELLE N’EST PAS CONVENABLEMENT MONTÉE.
6. Pour enlever la courroie, tenir le levier comme le montre
le schéma 2. Accrocher la courro
ie du côté gauche de l’arbre du m
oteur, tourner
dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre et tirer la courroie vers vous pour la dégager. (
