Gigabit Ethernet -
The 10/100/1000BaseT Ethernet port(s) provides
the ability to connect to an internal or external network using an RJ45
interface and supports Auto-MDIX. It is used to pass Ethernet pack-
etized voice and web management data between the Gateway Series
and the network. See

Second Gigabit Ethernet (G400/G800 only) -
The second 10/100/
1000BaseT Ethernet port(s) provides the ability to connect to an inter-
