Solution:
First log in the IPC web page, check whether the Alarm Input function is turned on in the intelligent
function - > face detection interface, and turn it off if it is turned on
Next, enter the storage path of the client capture picture, find the picture with the size of 0kb and
delete it
After the above two steps of operation, the probability of recurrence of this problem is very low. At
present, there are only avoidance methods, but no specific solution, which belongs to product
defects
