At present, the client software only adapts to the regional format corresponding to English. By
default, the regional format of the computer is automatically matched, that is, it changes
automatically with the language (the user can manually switch to the specified one). Therefore, if
the system language of the computer is switched to another language, the regional format of the
computer will match and change accordingly, which will lead to incompatibility with the client
software.
Solution:
set the regional format of the region to English in the setting (UK)
