Using the Appointment Book
The Quest portable
Appointment Book
lets you store
information about your daily activities and schedules.
Meeting dates, times, and locations are readily
accessible using the stylus and touch screen.
To use the Appointment Book, first select the
Appointment Book
icon
(shown above) from the Main Menu. The screen displays the current
month’s calendar and date.
Voice Markers
The Quest portable lets you add recordings to your Appointment Book
entries.When a voice message is attached to an appointment, a Voice
Marker (a dot) appears next to the time in the upper section of the
Appointment Book.
Below are three appointments on September 3, 1998.
Also, if an appointment is set, an appointment marker appears on the
Calendar, near the upper right corner of the date.
