launches:
A
three
(3)
minute
Warm
Up
session
will
begin.

The
brickyard
will
display
the
program
profile,
while
the
first
column
will
flash
to
indicate
the
user’s
progress
in
the
current
program.
“Time”
and
“0:00”
minutes
will
be
displayed
in
the
Large
Data
window.
The
time
value
will
begin
to
count
up
from
0:00.
The
user
can
select
which
value
is
displayed
(Time,
Calories,
Pulse
or
Distance)
by
pressing
the
DISPLAY
key
to
scroll
through
the
options
highlighted
at
the
top
of
the
LCD
screen.
As
an
additional
feature,
the
values
can
scroll
or
scan
