8.3.11 52-6710A - XR Router/DSP Sync. Module
Meaning of the LEDs of the 52-6710 Module.
1. This LED is permanently on if the module is powered.
2. Indicates, that the module is running. This LED blinks. Seen from left to right over the entire system, these LEDs should
blink as a moving light.
3. Indicates, that the primary sync is active. Dependent on the configuration, the primary sync source can be the upper
BNC (Word Clock, AES3/EBU or Video), the lower BNC (Word Clock or AES3/EBU), the RJ45 connector of the sync
module (AES3/EBU), a MADI signal (MADI port 3.1 or 13.1) or the internal sync. This LED can not be on if LED 4 glows
and it blinks during the video signal locking process.
4. Indicates, that the secondary sync is active. Dependent on the configuration, the secondary sync source can be the
upper BNC (Word Clock, AES3/EBU or Video), the lower BNC (Word Clock or AES3/EBU), the RJ45 connector of the sync
module (AES3/EBU), a MADI signal (MADI port 3.1 or 13.1) or the internal sync. This LED can not be on if LED 3 glows
and it blinks during the video signal locking process.
5. The LED is permanently on if the primary sync is functional. Blinking indicates, that PLL 1 is out of range.
6. The LED is permanently on if the secondary sync is functional. Blinking indicates, that PLL 2 is out of range.
7. Indicates, that the primary AES3/EBU sync signal (connected to the upper BNC, the lower BNC or the RJ45 jack of the
sync module) is locked.
8. Indicates, that the secondary AES3/EBU sync signal (connected to the upper BNC, the lower BNC or the RJ45 jack of the
