Kits to be disposed shall be placed in designated dry rooms at a distance of at least 1 m from heating
systems. At that the possibility of contact with oils or any organic liquids shall be excluded.
Storage facilities shall be equipped with dry powder fire extinguishers.
In the event of mechanical damage of the kits due to the violation of the safe operation rules,
immediately contact the manufacturer or the authorized local representative for instructions on safe
storage and disposal.
Carry out disposal in the following order:
•
manually activate the starter if the cartridge has not been used for its intended purpose;
• wait until all the oxygen is emitted from the regenerative cartridge, and the cartridge cools down
to a temperature not exceeding 30 °C;
• disconnect the breathing tube and the breathing bag from the training regenerative cartridge;
• remove the cartridge from the case;
• immerse the cartridge in clean water with its nozzles facing upward to a depth of 5-10 cm below
the water level and keep it, shaking from time to time, until the bubbling stops;
• neutralize the resulting alkali solution with 3% acid, for example, hydrochloric acid (HCl);
• sort all parts and components by type of material (metal, plastic, rubber, etc.) and dispose them
in accordance with the rules in force in your area.
DANGER!
Use the following personal protective equipment during disposal: protective goggles,
gloves, overall and shoes.
14. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
Original equipment manufacturer warranties appropriates performance characteristics of TRAINER
while meeting of transportation, using and storing rules indicated in this «User manual».
Warranty periods are mentioned in the data sheet that is supplied with each training SCSR.
Original equipment manufacturer reserves the right to change design or engineering solutions applied
to the TRAINER for the purpose of improvement of technical and service characteristics.
INFORMATION!
The necessity to order units and parts according to ANNEX C during the warranty service life shall not
be a reason for reclamations to the manufacturer.
INFORMATION!
The warranty does not apply to parts and components of the air system, which lost their tightness due
to mechanical damage resulting from operation.
