5.5 Electrical connections for the SMART/COMPACT control units
CAUTION
Electrical components should be connected or disconnected only when the power supply cord is
unplugged.
There is a delay after the supply voltage is applied before the device actually turns on. Wait at
least seven seconds before beginning the commissioning.
5.5.1 Connecting the lifting columns and the control keypad to the SMART control unit
The lifting columns and the control keypad are both connected to the front of the SMART control unit
(the unit for adjusting one or two lifting columns). The following illustration shows the location of
these connections.
