5. Confirm your setting with the
2 / Setup favorites key.

The
sensor control operating context is displayed on the
EasyPad screen. The setting focus flashes.
6. Use the left and right arrow of the favorites key to adjust the operating
distance of the contactless sensor (5 levels). The left arrow key
reduces the operating distance, the right arrow key increases the
operating distance. You can check the setting directly on the
operating light without leaving the settings screen. The adjustment
should be selected in such a way that unintended operation of the
contactless sensor is not possible. Set the operating distance to "0",
in order to deactivate the contactless sensor.
7. Confirm your setting with the
2 / Setup favorites key.

The clock time is displayed.
Switching the Clean mode on/off on the EasyPad
The contactless sensor can be made inoperable using the Clean mode
for the dentist element.
This mode is used to make sure that no unwanted functions can be
accidentally triggered while cleaning the surfaces of the operating light
(see "Cleaning and disinfecting lamp components [ → 43]").
➢ Press the
Display mode / Clean fixed key on the dentist element.

The Clean mode of the dentist element and operating light is
activated.
➢ Press the
Display mode / Clean fixed key on the dentist element for
> 3 seconds.

The Clean mode of the dentist element and operating light is
deactivated.
Setting the brightness, color temperature and sensor control on the
EasyTouch
The brightness, color temperature and sensor function (On/Off) can be
adjusted via the dentist element user interface.
Furthermore, the distance from which the contactless sensor should react
to movements can be adjusted.
1. Press and hold the
Operating Light fixed key on the dentist element
(> 2 s).
