This section contains basic troubleshooting guidelines. Only a qualified individual should troubleshoot
the system. For maintenance of the system, “lock out tag out” (LOTO) safety protocol applies. This means
that any time maintenance on this system is performed, the machine must be shut down, unplugged, and
tagged or labeled, explaining that maintenance is taking place.
The alarms list below is to be used as a method of troubleshooting. Alarms may differ based on system
configuration and features.

• Overload tripped Blower Motor Overload
Tripped • Inspect motor for proper operation
• Reset the overload
• Verify motor current draw is within nameplate
parameters
• VFD Fault Blower VFD Faulted. Check
VFD screen for fault code.
• Obtain fault codes from the VFD Settings screen
• Reference VFD manual for detailed corrective actions
• Compressed air leak detected
• Compressed air flow switch stuck ON
