Standard Curve Methods: Fluorescence

Run Screen- Sample Results View

Use the 

Samples

button to display the measurement results view.

The samples 

Measure

 button will be disabled until one replicate of at least two 

standards are measured using the standard curve view.

The 

Concentration from Curve

 results are calculated directly from the 

standard curve trend line. Results are reported in terms of the units used to 
derive the trend line.

Optional Dilution Factor 

(or the

be applied as a multiplier to the Concentration from Curve value and the result 
reported in the Sample Stock Concentration field.
