Sleep timer function
You can have the power automatically switched to standby once a set
time has elapsed. This is convenient for viewing and listening while
going to sleep.
Press
SLEEP
and display the time you
want to set.
The
SLEEP
indicator on the display lights.

The time switches as shown below each
time

is pressed.

To cancel the sleep timer
Press
SLEEP
to set “Off”.
The
SLEEP
indicator on the display turns off.
•
If you do not press any button for approximately 5 seconds, the
menu screen light turns off.
•
The sleep timer setting is cancelled if this unit’s power is set to
standby or turned off.
NOTE
The sleep timer function cannot turn off the power of devices
connected to this unit. To turn off the power of those connected
devices, set up sleep timers on the connected devices themselves.
Quick select function
You can save settings such as the input source selection, volume
level, and sound mode at the
QUICK SELECT
1
–
4
buttons.
You can simply press one of the set
QUICK SELECT
buttons for
subsequent playback to switch to various saved settings all at once.

By saving frequently used settings at the
QUICK SELECT 1 – 4
buttons, you will always be able to easily call up the same playback
environment.

with the remote control unit can be obtained.
Various memory functions
Personal memory plus function
This function sets the settings (input mode, surround mode, HDMI
output mode, audio delay etc.) last selected for the individual input
sources.
The surround parameters, tone control settings and the volumes of
the different speakers are stored for the individual surround modes.
Last function memory
This function stores the settings which were made before going into
the standby mode.
When the power is turned back on, the settings are restored.
