Removewinchlockpins(

)fromstrapwinchesonfrontoftowdolly.
Release winch:
Grasp handle (

) squeeze trigger (

) push down and pull all
excessstrapfromwinch.Laytirestraptooutsideoftowdolly.
Tighten straps:
Place tire straps over tires centering straps and winches to
tires.Whiletighteningstraps,pullcrossstrapsforwardtoensureeventightening.
Tightenstrapsuntileachtirestartstoflattenagainsttirestop.Afterstrapistight,
insertlockpin
and make sure handle is in horizontal position.
