release the black switch to change the '0' to '1' and then to '2' to '3' and

'0'.  Pressing the red switch will have the same result except

This fact will also be used to set a value.  That is, press and release the 

black switch to increment the value whereas the red 

decrements the 

value. 

You must press both switches to accept the value and go to 

next step.

DATE AND TIME 

While 

in the setup mode, the display will read '99 0'.  Press both 

switches at this time to enter the date and time.  Use the red and 

black switches to set the values as follows:  NOTE:  the date and time of 
May 16,
