11 Replacing the inverter

Dismantling the type 1+2 combined DC surge protection device (optional)

11.7  Dismantling the type 1+2 combined DC 

surge protection device (optional)

If you have installed the type 1+2 combined DC 

surge protection devices, you must remove them 

before returning the inverter. Only type 2 DC 

surge protection devices are supplied with the 

replacement unit.

1.  Remove the cover from the DC surge protection devices.

2.  Pull out the power supply cable of internal fan 2.

3.  Pull out the signal cable.
