V-BRAKE ASSEMBLY

The V-brake is adjusted ready to ride at the factory and only needs to be reconnected
by inserting the brake noodle into the quick release. If you have any doubts about
doing this you should ask a certified bicycle mechanic.

1.

Squeeze the brake arms towards the center of the wheel/bike.

2.

Insert the noodle into the quick release.

3.

Slide the boot over the end of the noodle that exits the quickrelease.

4.

Pull the left hand brake lever to check the operation of the brake.

5.

Make sure you can assemble the V-Brake correctly

6.

Make sure you understand the function of the front and rear brakes and how to
operate each brake lever

WARNINGS!

Riding with a poor assembled brake could result in loss of control over the bike

which could lead to a fall causing serious injury and/or death.

Note! If in doubt ask a certified bicycle mechanic to help
