Maintenance plan
The table below lists the recommended maintenance operations and the relative frequency.
The operations described below can be carried out by an operator who has carefully read and well
understood the safety procedures and the operations to be carried out.

Cleaning and lubricating the rails
. The presence of debris, dust and
machining scrap may interfere with the
machine’s operation. The rails on
which the punch body drive system runs must be cleaned, taking care to
grease them adequately using the grease nipple present on the runners.

Cleaning and lubricating the tip
. To clean and lubricate the tip, the body
of the punch containing it must be partially disassembled: see the
instructions of the following section.

Checking the wear of the tip
. The wear of the marking tip depends upon
the material to be marked. The condition of the tip should be checked
periodically to guarantee a constant marking quality.

. Wipe the display with a soft cloth.

. The integrated diagnostic
functions will be used to check the operation of the step motor, drive, etc.
