If the motor is not working:
- Check that the wiring corresponds to the diagrams in the “Connection” chapter.
- Check the power supply in the network.
- Check that the motor is not in thermal protection mode; just wait a few minutes
for it to cool down.
- Check whether there is a problem linked to the end of travel settings and
reset them.
The end of travel points are not applied:
- Check the mechanical components of the system
(stabilisation, play, distortion, etc.)
- Check whether there is a fault linked to the end of travel settings and reset them.

It is possible that after the learning process the shutter will move in the opposite
direction to the button you press.
If that is the case, you can reverse the direction by briefly pressing button B on
the front panel of the remote control until the LED flashes green.
Then press the up/down buttons at the same time and hold for 3 seconds.
