Pre-heat grill to medium

Grill steaks following the grilling chart

In a saucepan, combine light cream, red wine, garlice, Worcestershire
sauce. Bring to a soft boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 6 minutes.

Serve steaks covered with au Poivre sauce.

1 tsp. vegetable seasoning

1. To make marinade, mix all marinade ingredients in a jar and shake well to
combine.
