4.3.2 Configuring
Image Properties
The PC-over-IP system gives two controls over imaging quality which can optimize
the user experience in constrained bandwidth environments.
In the above section, the bandwidth was limited to 25 Mbps (and bandwidth target of
20 Mbps). Depending on the usage, it is possible that users may occasionally
require more bandwidth than is available to fully render their display information at
maximum quality and full frame rate.
For users who prefer higher image quality than what the PC-over-IP balanced
quality/frame-rate algorithm provides, it may be beneficial to increase the Portal
Minimum Image Quality
setting.
