The PowerEdge FC640 is a half-height sled supported on the PowerEdge FX/FX2 enclosure and supports up to :

Two Intel Xeon Processor Scalable Family processors
•
2 x 2.5 inch hard drives or SSDs
•
16 DIMM slots

otherwise.
