User Guidelines
This command deletes the host name-to-address mapping temporarily until
the next refresh of the IP addresses.
Example
The following example deletes all entries from the host name-to-address
mapping received from DHCP.
Console#
clear host dhcp *
show hosts
Use the
show hosts
EXEC mode command to display the default domain
name, the list of name server hosts, the static and the cached list of host
names and addresses.
Syntax
show hosts
[name]
Parameters
name
—Specifies the host name. (Length: 1–158 characters. Maximum label
length: 63 characters)
