Move failed pulling cartridge
from slot.

Check for labels or cartridge misalignments that can prevent
the cartridge from coming out of the slot or drive.

For proper operation, the accessor must be able to reach the
bottom of the library. Verify that no obstructions exist at the
bottom of the library or on the bottom cover of the library in
the path of the accessor.

To check for obstructions at the bottom of the library, first
power off the library by pressing Power for 5 seconds and
select the Default Park location.
2.
When the library is powered off, remove the left magazine of
the lowest library module, and verify that the entire area of
the bottom cover is free of any objects that might obstruct the
accessor's path.
3.
After obstructions are cleared, replace the magazine, power
the library on, and after the library finishes initialization and
inventory, verify that no further critical events were
generated.

Check for obstructions in the pathway of the accessor such as
a cartridge that is sticking out.
2.
Verify the module alignment and frame alignment. Check
whether the accessor is stuck in lock mechanism.
3.
Move the accessor apart from lock mechanism and enable
lock mechanism correctly.

Initialization failure due to
accessor rotation positioning
error.
Check for obstructions in the vertical pathway of the accessor,
such as a cartridge that is sitting in the shuttle of the accessor or
any other impedance to accessor movement.
