Using a Phillips #2 screwdriver, tighten the screws that secure the system board to the chassis.

Replace the following:

NOTE:
The TPM must be replaced only while installing a new system board.
NOTE:
The TPM plug-in module is attached to the system board and cannot be removed. A replacement TPM plug-in
module is provided for all system board replacements, where a TPM plug-in module was installed.

Replace the iDRAC MAC address label on the Information tag located on the front of the system with the new iDRAC MAC address
label that is supplied with the replacement system board.

Reconnect all the cables to the system board.
NOTE:
Ensure that the cables inside the system are routed along the chassis wall and secured using the cable securing
bracket.

Power on the system.

Ensure that you:

Use the Easy Restore feature to restore the service tag. For more information, see the

If the Service Tag is not backed up in the backup flash device, enter the service tag manually. For more information, see the

Update the BIOS and iDRAC versions.

Re-enable the Trusted Platform Module (TPM). For more information, see the
