• Are there pla�orms available for the A7 machine to mix quart/one liter cans on a gallon/four liter shelf?
Yes, the Alliance A7 machine will u�lize a pla�orm, Dedoes Part # SA0319.
• Why do the orange safety guards "flu�er" up and down while the machine is mixing?
The movement of the orange safety guard indicates that each can is inserted properly and mixing. If an orange safety guard
is not “flu�ering” the can is not engaged into the machine properly and the can at that sta�on is not being mixed. Remove
and reinsert the can into the mix unit.
• What is the maximum number of units that can fit on an A7 machine?
For safety reasons, machines can only be assembled up to seven units high.
• How important is it to a�ach the machine to the wall?
For safety reasons, the machine must be securely anchored to the wall to prevent �pping.
Wall Anchor Brackets are included with the machine.
Use the appropriate fasteners for your applica�on.
• What size wrench or tools do I need to assemble the A7 machine?
A Phillips head screw driver, a level and an adjustable wrench are all that is needed.
• My motor will not run, why?
Possible Cause:
A. Power supply to motor is not ON.
B. Timer is not connected correctly to the motor.
Possible Solu�ons:
1. Check the wiring and the power supply.
2. Check the connec�on of the �mer to the motor.
• My motor gets hot and shuts off a�er a few seconds, why?
Possible Cause: Improper voltage to the motor.
Possible Solu�on: Check motor voltage requirements and wire to the proper voltage.
• My �mer will not operate, why?
Possible Cause: The �mer cord could be damaged or unplugged.
Possible Solu�on: Check the cord for damage such as pinches or cuts and for proper connec�on to the motor.
• Why won’t the drive sha� drop into the drive gear below?
Possible Cause: The square bore in the drive gear is not aligned with the sha�.
Possible Solu�on:
1. Turn the drive sha� un�l it aligns with the square bore of the drive gear in the unit below.
2. Drop the sha� into place. Force should not be necessary to install the sha�.
