8.2 Error history
1. Access the menu level by pressing the two keys on the right simulta
neously.
2. Select the Failure menu by pressing the
key.
3. Press the or key to scroll through the error code history.
4. Press the
key to access the details of the error code displayed.
8.3 Troubleshooting

The radiators are cold. The heating set point tem
perature is too low.
Increase the value of parameter or, if a room thermostat is connec
ted, increase the temperature on it.
The heating mode is deac
tivated.
Activate the heating mode.
The radiator valves are
closed.
Open the valves on all radiators connected to the heating system.
The heat pump is not op
erating.
Check that the heat pump is switched on.
Check the fuses and switches on the electrical installation.
The water pressure is too
low (< 1 bar).
Top up the installation with water.
There is no domestic
hot water.
The domestic hot water
set point temperature is
too low.
Increase the value of parameter

The domestic hot water
mode is deactivated.
Activate the domestic hot water mode.
The appliance is in re
duced domestic hot water
mode
Check and modify the comfort and reduced time ranges for the domestic
hot water.
The energy-saving shower
head is restricting the wa
ter flow.
Clean the shower head; replace it if necessary.
The heat pump is not op
erating.
Check that the heat pump is switched on.
Check the fuses and switches on the electrical installation.
The water pressure is too
low (< 1 bar).
Top up the installation with water.

Check the water pressure in the installation.
