Fit the flow sensor
Fit the sensor to the flow pipe on circuit C. Place the sensor
approximately 0.5 m after the three way valve or after the accelerator
if this is fitted to the flow. To do so:
1.
Cut the pipe insulation by 50 mm.
2.
At the point where the sensor is fitted, thoroughly clean the pipes
(there must be no trace of paint) and coat them with the ready-to-
use contact paste provided in the syringe.
3.
Secure the sensor with the collar provided for this purpose.
The flow sensor must not be covered by the insulation around
the pipe.
4
Electrical connection
Under no circumstances must sensor cables (very low
voltage) be placed in cable ducts or channels carrying
cables supplying 230 V. Furthermore, a minimum distance
of 10 cm should be kept between cables supplying very
low voltage and cables supplying 230 V.
3 way valve circuit C
- If using a two-way motor: Connect the opening to terminal
2
, the closure to terminal
3
, neutral to terminal N and earth
to terminal
4
.
- If using a thermal motor: Connect between terminal
2
(open) and terminal N.
Pump circuit C
Factory fitted bridge
If using underfloor heating, it is imperative that a temperature
limit of 50°C is installed and a safety thermostat set to 65°C
(cf. NF P 52-303-1) is fitted, which interrupts the operation of
the circulating pump in the circuit concerned should
overheating occur.
Remove the bridge and connect the safety thermostat wires.
Auxiliary pump
:
Refer to the installation and maintenance instructions of the
heating generator (see chapter: Electrical connections).
Remote control
(Optional)
Use the 2-pin connector delivered with the package.
Outlet sensor circuit C
Use the sensor delivered with the package.
