The PILATUS3 R CdTe 100K-M detector does not require any maintenance.

7.7. Safety Instructions Cadmium Telluride

The sensor material is built up from Cadmium Telluride (CdTe). In order to prevent injuries, please follow these safety pre-
cautions:

• Do not inhale CdTe dust when sensor is broken or burnt.

• Do not ingest CdTe.

• Avoid skin contact
