5. ECH2O Utility Software

ECH

2

O Utility is the software interface for downloading 

sensor  measurment  data  stored  in  your  ProCheck.  You 

can choose to save your data as an Excel Workbook file, 

tab-delimited text file, and a Raw, unprocessed data file.

O  Utility  also  helps  you  delete  measurement  data 

stored in your ProCheck and set the date and time in your 

ProCheck.

NOTE:  ECH

O  Utility  is  designed  to  work  with  your 

ProCheck and Decagon’s line of ECH

2

O loggers. Some of the 

controls, features and settings of ECH

2

O Utility are disabled 

when connected to a ProCheck because they don’t apply to your 

ProCheck.

Minimum computer requirements:

  • Windows 98 or newer, including Windows 7

  • Available serial port (or USB-to-serial adapter)

  • MS Excel 97 or newer (if saving data as XLS files)

Installation

The  ECH

O  Utility  installer  software  is  located  on  the 

CD-ROM that shipped with your ProCheck instrument. 

You can also download the latest version of ECH
