Cette opération doit être exécutée en tant qu’entretien courant
toutes les 2 000 heures de travail, pour un contrôle ou suite à
des fuites et pertes depuis les trous de la cloche de drainage.
Pour le démontage de la garniture, il faut :
B1 Effectuer le démontage de la pompe comme décrit dans
les opérations précédentes du présent chapitre.
B2 Retirer les vis et l’enveloppe externe du corps de pompe.
B3 En maintenant la roue immobile à l’aide d’un fouet prévu à
cet effet, desserrer l’écrou de blocage de la roue.
B4 Déboîter les joints toriques et la roue.
B5 Déboîter l’élément central du corps de pompe.
MISE EN GARDE
: les garnitures se composent d’élé-
ments extrêmement précis et réalisés avec des maté-
riaux en céramique et carbure de silicium, et elles ne
doivent jamais être lubrifiées et/ou maniées avec les mains
sales, afin d’éviter de les endommager de façon irréversible.
B6 Mettre des gants propres en latex et déboîter les éléments
de la garniture de leurs logements.
B7 Enlever les vis de fixation et le moteur de la cloche de la
pompe.
B8 Enlever la clé de l’arbre et déboîter la bague en céramique.
B9 Vérifier visuellement que les surfaces de contact des gar-
nitures soient brillantes et plates. En cas de rayures, grippage
ou surfaces opacifiées, il faut les remplacer.
Le démontage et le contrôle de la garniture sont ainsi termi-
nés. Pour le remontage, suivre les indications fournies dans
la section suivante.

In order to disassemble the seal, proceed as follows:

Disassemble the pump as described in the preliminary

Remove the screws and the outer casing of the pump
body.
B3
Keep the motor fan still and loosen the impeller lock nut;
B4
Withdraw the O-Ring gaskets and the impeller.
B5
Withdraw the central part of the pump body.
WARNING
: The seals are composed of extremely
precise elements, made from ceramic material and
silicon carbide, hence they must never be lubricated
and/or handled with dirty hands, thus avoiding irreparable
damage.
B6
Wear clean, latex gloves and from the sealing elements
from their housings.
B7
Remove the fastening screws and the motor from the
pump casing;
B8
Remove the key from the shaft and withdraw the ceramic
bushing.
B9
Visually check that the contact surfaces of the seals
are shiny and flat: in case of scratches, seizing or opaque
surfaces, replace them.
The sealing disassembly and check is now complete.
For reassembly proceed as described in the following
section.

Sfilare le guarnizioni OR e la girante.

Sfilare l’elemento centrale del corpo
della pompa.
AVVERTENZA: le tenute sono
costituite da elementi estrema-
mente precisi e realizzati in materia-
li ceramici e in carburo di silicio e
non devono mai essere lubrificati in
nessun modo e/o maneggiati con

ceramica.

Verificare visivamente che le superfici di contatto delle
tenute siano lucide e piane. In caso di rigature,
grippaggio o superfici opacizzate bisogna provvedere alla
loro sostituzione.
Lo smontaggio e la verifica della tenuta è così termi-
nata. Per il rimontaggio operare come descritto nella
prossima sezione.
