The brake light
Turn the headlight on (use either the ‘L’ or ‘H’ slider positions). Press down lightly
on the brake pedal until the brake light illuminates, as shown above. Turning the
key further to the right, so that it is aligned with the black dot (park position),
should also make the brake light come on.
The indicators
Move the left-hand slider on the display
base to the left, into the ‘L’ position. The
front and rear indicators on the left side
of the model should come on and blink.
Return the slider to the centre.
Move the slider to the ‘R’ position. The
indicators on the right side of the model
should now come on and blink.
Push the brake
pedal down
The starter switch and kick starter
Pressing the button below the right-
hand slider once will activate the sound
of the engine starting when the electric
starter is used. Pressing it a second time
will change the sound to that of the
engine idling. Turn the ignition key on
the control panel to the ‘off’ position to
stop it.
Your model will also simulate the sound
that is heard when the kick starter is used.
Pulling the starter out and pushing it
down will activate the sound. This sound
should be slightly different to the electric
starter effect. Again, turn the key to the
‘off’ position to stop it.
The horn
The knob at the right-hand end of the
display base control panel adjusts the
volume of your model’s sound effects.
Turning the knob to the right will
increase the volume, turning it to the left
will reduce it.
To activate the horn, press the button
below the left-hand slider.
