int WINAPI Get_Last_Error (char *ErrorMsg)
DESCRIPTION
This routine returns the last error that occurred, and clears the error code to 0. Can be called
frequently, if needed.
INPUT DATA
ErrorMsg
A char pointer that will hold the last error message.
RETURNED DATA
ErrorMsg
A int that represents the last error message.
