1. When you switch on your phone, “Insert
SIM card” is displayed
a. Check that the SIM card is correctly installed.
b.
Ensure that the gold chip is not damaged or
scratched.
c.
Check the SIM card contact. If they are dirty,
clean them with an antistatic cloth.
2. When your phone shows “PIN”, “PIN2”,
“PUK”, “PUK2”, and “Barring code”.
a. Please contact your network service provider
for the numbers.
b.
Enter the wrong PIN code three times in
succession, the SIM card will be blocked.
c.
For the PUK code, check with your network
service provider.
3. No connection to network.
a.
Check the signal strength meter in the
display. If the signal is weak, move to an
open space or move closer to a window and
try again.
b.
Contact your network service provider for
further details.
4. Your correspondent cannot hear you.
a.
Check that the network signal strength is
normal and try again.
b.
Check that the microphone is unmuted.
c.
Holding the phone closer to your mouth.
5. The battery won’t charge
a.
Check that the charger is properly
connected.
b.
The message “Charging” will only be shown
when you charge the battery with the
handset switched off.
6. You can’t make calls.
a.
Check the signal strength meter in the
display. If the signal is weak, move to an
open space or, if you are in a building, move
closer to a window.
b.
The network is busy, please try again later.
c.
Check whether the call charge limit has been
reached.
7. The battery drains faster than normal.
a.
Check whether you are in an area of variable
coverage. This uses extra battery power.
b.
Ensure that the using environment is not in
extreme temperatures. At extreme hot or
cold temperatures, battery performance is
significantly reduced.
8. The LI-ION battery was being charged
overnight.
It is strongly recommended
not to charge the battery
for more than 24 hours. It may reduce the battery
performance or cause damage to the battery.
9. The headset starts beeping.
The signal is weak or out of coverage.
