It is thus important to perfectly align the safety light curtain according to the minimum distance from
reflecting surfaces.
The minimum distance depends on:
Working distance between emitter
(TX)
and receiver
(RX)
= operating distance
Real opening angle of ESPE (EAA); especially:
for ESPE type 2 EAA = 10° (
= 5°)
Diagram of Fig. 8 shows the min. distance from the reflecting surface (Dsr), based on the operating
distance:
