Serial Port Profile (Master)

Initial Bluetooth® Connection Guide

4. An alert window will appear, showing that a remote device wants to connect to the PC.

Input the

Default Pin Code = 1234

and click

to continue.

5. Click

Yes

to allow the reader to connect to the PC.



An alert message will appear in the PC’s taskbar system tray, showing that a device has
connected to the PC.

The Pin Code can be changed for additional security. See the PRG for more infor-
mation.
